It all started By hosting a few personal websites, which then grew to taking on more clients and picking up more business by word of mouth.

Technical Information

Some competitors offer hosting that feature "unlimited" domains, hard disk and bandwidth. I do not offer this as the service does not scale. I.E. these hosting companies have no idea how much resources are likely to be used and therefore they vastly over sell the resources they have available on their servers.

This leads to a poor service to the customer E.G. slow connection, slow running scripts etc.
In contrast, ive put definitive amounts on the amount of resources included with my hosting packages. Using this selling method i am able to quantify the maximum resources that could be used and never oversell the resources of the server.
